Becoming an AzWARN member involves:

1. Approval by your utility governing board of the Mutual Aid Agreement
2. Recording the Agreement with the office of the Secretary of State
3. Forwarding an original signed recorded agreement to the AzWARN office
4. Return of completed Emergency Contact Form.
